pneumatic clutch is driven by air pressure, it is linked after inputting air source, and released after exhausting air source. So when this NAC pneumatic clutch without air pressure, how it will be? 
The answer is easy, when it is not inputting air pressure, this air clutch will released, driven part is separated with driving part, power can't delivery to the driven part for energy transmission.
